Cette l\u00e9gumineuse hyper prot\u00e9in\u00e9e est la nouvelle alli\u00e9e \u00e0 la mode pour une alimentation saine et plus particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 IG bas. La farine de lupin fait donc d\u00e9sormais partie de mon \u00e9picerie. Et c&rsquo;est d&rsquo;ailleurs la farine avec l&rsquo;index glyc\u00e9mique le plus bas. J&rsquo;aime beaucoup le petit go\u00fbt de noisette qu&rsquo;elle apporte dans les pr\u00e9parations et notamment dans ces pancakes \u00e0 la farine de lupin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En plus d&rsquo;\u00eatre \u00e0 IG bas, cette farine est d\u00e9pourvue de gluten. Il ne faut donc pas l&rsquo;utiliser seule en p\u00e2tisserie quand vous voulez que votre p\u00e2te pousse car elle ne l\u00e8vera pas. Pour ces pancakes, je l&rsquo;ai donc m\u00e9lang\u00e9e avec de la farine d&rsquo;\u00e9peautre T130. La farine de coco est elle aussi d\u00e9pourvue de gluten et n\u00e9cessite donc d&rsquo;\u00eatre associ\u00e9e \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres farines. Par exemple, dans mes <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/22\/pancakes-a-la-noix-de-coco\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pancakes \u00e0 la noix de coco<\/a>, je l&rsquo;ai m\u00e9lang\u00e9e avec de la farine d&rsquo;\u00e9peautre T110.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour en revenir \u00e0 ces pancakes \u00e0 la farine de lupin, ils sont parfaits pour une collation saine. Vous pouvez aussi les mettre au menu de votre petit-d\u00e9jeuner pour bien d\u00e9buter la journ\u00e9e. Accompagnez-les par exemple de yaourt v\u00e9g\u00e9tal, de pommes caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es ou encore de pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;ol\u00e9agineux sans sucres ajout\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr
