Elle fait de l&rsquo;effet et il est tr\u00e8s simple et rapide de la r\u00e9aliser. J&rsquo;adore le go\u00fbt exotique qu&rsquo;apportent le lait de coco, l&rsquo;avocat, la mangue, le gingembre et la coriandre fra\u00eeche. C&rsquo;est une explosion de saveurs en bouche ! C&rsquo;est frais, color\u00e9, l\u00e9ger, healthy et gourmand. Une recette id\u00e9ale, non ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le poisson apporte d&rsquo;excellentes prot\u00e9ines et il est recommand\u00e9 d&rsquo;en manger r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Ici, ce tartare de poisson au lait de coco est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de poissons \u00ab\u00a0blancs\u00a0\u00bb, qualifi\u00e9s aussi de maigres \u00e0 l&rsquo;inverse des poissons \u00ab\u00a0gras\u00a0\u00bb. Ils sont tr\u00e8s digestes et aident \u00e0 \u00e9quilibrer la glyc\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cette recette, je vous donne les portions pour une entr\u00e9e pour 4 convives.
