Pour \u00eatre honn\u00eate, je n&rsquo;en avais jamais mang\u00e9 avant de r\u00e9aliser cette recette de p\u00e2tes au chou romanesco. Ce joli chou m&rsquo;a fait de l&rsquo;\u0153il sur les \u00e9tals de Grand Frais et j&rsquo;en ai donc achet\u00e9 pour tester ! J&rsquo;adore cuisiner et go\u00fbter des aliments que je ne connais pas ou tr\u00e8s peu. Apr\u00e8s quelques recherches, j&rsquo;ai vu qu&rsquo;il se mariait bien avec le citron. Je me suis donc lanc\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration d&rsquo;une cr\u00e8me citronn\u00e9e et j&rsquo;y ai ajout\u00e9 des morceaux de citron confit. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait un d\u00e9lice, les fleurettes de chou romanesco absorbent parfaitement la sauce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Profitez-en car toutes les vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de choux prot\u00e8gent notre corps et notre sant\u00e9. De plus, ils favorisent l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre glyc\u00e9mique et sont donc des alli\u00e9s de taille dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e0 IG bas. Ils sont aussi tr\u00e8s riches en vitamines C et permettent de mieux se d\u00e9fendre contre les infections virales et bact\u00e9riennes.
