Encore ti\u00e8des quelques minutes apr\u00e8s la sortie du four, je vous assure que c&rsquo;est un d\u00e9lice quand le chocolat est encore fondant. R\u00e9galez-vous sans attendre car les cookies sont meilleurs dans les 24h qui suivent leur pr\u00e9paration. Une bonne excuse pour tout d\u00e9vorer ! S&rsquo;ils sont froids, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 les passer quelques secondes au micro-ondes pour obtenir un chocolat fondant. Par contre, si besoin, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 les congeler. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je le dis souvent dans mes recettes de cookies mais le temps de repos pendant au moins 3 heures au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur est une \u00e9tape tr\u00e8s importante. Cela permet d&rsquo;enfourner les cookies bien froids et d&rsquo;obtenir une cuisson id\u00e9ale : plus cuits \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur et encore moelleux \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cette recette de cookies chocolat et noisettes, j&rsquo;ai remplac\u00e9 le beurre par de l&rsquo;huile de noisette. Cela permet de donner un go\u00fbt noisette bien prononc\u00e9 mais vous pouvez la remplacer par de l&rsquo;huile de coco. Dans mes pr\u00e9parations de cookies, il m&rsquo;arrive en effet de mettre de l&rsquo;huile de coco non fondue pour obtenir une meilleure texture. C&rsquo;est d&rsquo;ailleurs ce que j&rsquo;ai fait dans ma recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/02\/cookies-healthy-100-gourmand\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cookies au chocolat<\/a> o\u00f9 j&rsquo;y ai aussi ajout\u00e9 de la pur\u00e9e de noisettes.
