Pourtant, j&rsquo;adore son go\u00fbt anis\u00e9 alors j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;y rem\u00e9dier avec cette recette de fenouil \u00e0 l&rsquo;orange et aux amandes. Les 3 saveurs se marient tr\u00e8s bien et le croquant apport\u00e9 par les amandes effil\u00e9es est un plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les oranges, achetez des oranges non trait\u00e9es. Vous aurez besoin de leur zeste pour cette recette et il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de fuir les pesticides pr\u00e9sents dans les oranges trait\u00e9s. Sachez que le zeste est tr\u00e8s b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour votre sant\u00e9. Il contient de nombreuses fibres, facilite donc la digestion et il renferme aussi des mol\u00e9cules antibact\u00e9riennes. Et si l&rsquo;orange a un IG un peu plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que le citron ou le pamplemousse, cet agrume reste quand m\u00eame tr\u00e8s raisonnable en termes d&rsquo;index glyc\u00e9mique. Profitez donc pleinement de ses saveurs dans cette assiette vitamin\u00e9e de fenouil \u00e0 l&rsquo;orange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outre le fenouil, dans la cat\u00e9gorie des l\u00e9gumes un peu \u00ab\u00a0oubli\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb, ou du moins cuisin\u00e9s moins fr\u00e9quemment, les blettes me reviennent \u00e0 l&rsquo;esprit. Je n&rsquo;en consomme pas de fa\u00e7on r\u00e9guli\u00e8re mais c&rsquo;est tellement bon que j&rsquo;y penserai d\u00e9sormais plus souvent.
