Et j&rsquo;ai ador\u00e9, surtout quand il est cuisin\u00e9 en risotto ! Pour cette recette d&rsquo;orge aux champignons et cr\u00e8me de coco, j&rsquo;ai cuit l&rsquo;orge dans du bouillon de l\u00e9gumes puis j&rsquo;ai vers\u00e9 la cr\u00e8me de coco en fin de cuisson. Cela donne un rendu cr\u00e9meux et hyper gourmand. Pour \u00e9lever encore le niveau de gourmandise, j&rsquo;ai ajout\u00e9 quelques copeaux de parmesan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;orge est un alli\u00e9 de taille dans l&rsquo;alimentation \u00e0 IG bas. Attention cependant car vous trouverez dans le commerce de l&rsquo;orge mond\u00e9 et de l&rsquo;orge perl\u00e9. Choisissez l&rsquo;orge mond\u00e9 car le germe et le son sont conserv\u00e9s. C&rsquo;est donc un produit plus complet avec un IG plus bas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous avez eu l&rsquo;occasion de lire ma recette de p\u00e2tes au <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/21\/pates-au-pesto-de-champignons\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pesto de champignons<\/a>, vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas sans savoir que les champignons sont riches en b\u00eata-glucanes et que ces derniers aident \u00e0 \u00e9quilibrer la glyc\u00e9mie. La bonne nouvelle, c&rsquo;est que ces glucanes se retrouvent aussi dans l&rsquo;orge.
