Et si vous \u00eates team \u00ab\u00a0coriandre lovers\u00a0\u00bb, cette recette est faite pour vous ! Vous la retrouverez souvent dans mes recettes car j&rsquo;en utilise r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, notamment dans ma recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/05\/pates-au-houmous-et-citron-confit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">p\u00e2tes au houmous<\/a>. Ne manquez pas de la r\u00e9aliser car c&rsquo;est une fa\u00e7on originale de sublimer les p\u00e2tes et les pois chiches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pesto se r\u00e9alise \u00e0 partir de pignons de pin donc j&rsquo;adore la texture croquante et fondante \u00e0 la fois. Ils apportent \u00e9galement beaucoup de bienfaits sur le plan de la sant\u00e9. Il est vrai qu&rsquo;ils sont tr\u00e8s caloriques mais ils sont souvent d\u00e9gust\u00e9s en petites quantit\u00e9s donc pas de panique. Cet apport calorique est li\u00e9 \u00e0 leur forte teneur en graisses v\u00e9g\u00e9tales qui vous fournira de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie sur le long terme. Son index glyc\u00e9mique est tr\u00e8s bas, ce sera donc un alli\u00e9 dans votre perte ou stabilisation de poids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour apporter encore plus de go\u00fbt aux pignons de pin, j&rsquo;aime bien les faire torr\u00e9fier. Il suffit de les faire dorer \u00e0 sec dans une po\u00eale pendant quelques minutes. Attention, c&rsquo;est rapide et \u00e7a peut vite br\u00fbler !
