Ces brioches roul\u00e9es sont d&rsquo;origine su\u00e9doise et largement consomm\u00e9es par les autochtones \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure du fika. Kesako ? C&rsquo;est le verlan du terme \u00ab\u00a0kaffe\u00a0\u00bb qui veut dire \u00ab\u00a0caf\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb en su\u00e9dois. Le fika est donc le go\u00fbter des Su\u00e9dois et c&rsquo;est un moment sacr\u00e9 de leur journ\u00e9e. Pour ma part, le go\u00fbter est aussi un moment de plaisir dont je ne pourrais plus me passer. Et tout \u00e7a en gardant la ligne. Alors n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 essayer ma recette de cinnamon rolls healthy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 composition, il n&rsquo;y a ni beurre, ni sucres raffin\u00e9s, ni lactose. La p\u00e2te \u00e0 brioche contient de la farine T80 qui n&rsquo;est pas une farine \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas mais cela reste malgr\u00e9 tout une recette saine. Donc r\u00e9galez-vous avec une brioche roul\u00e9e sans culpabiliser. En ce qui concerne la garniture, elle contient uniquement des sucres naturels apport\u00e9s par les dattes Medjoul. Cette vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de dattes offre des fruits tr\u00e8s charnus et tr\u00e8s sucr\u00e9s. Elles remplacent donc tr\u00e8s bien le sucre dans certaines recettes et notamment dans ces cinnamon rolls healthy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les dattes peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre excellentes dans un plat sal\u00e9. Je pense qu&rsquo;elles pourraient parfaitement remplacer les cranberries s\u00e9ch\u00e9es dans ma recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/02\/salade-de-patates-douces-roties-agrumes-feta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">salade de patates douces r\u00f4ties<\/a>.
