Je vous propose ce crumble de lentilles corail et de carottes, il fait l&rsquo;unanimit\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s des personnes qui l&rsquo;ont test\u00e9. C&rsquo;est une explosion de saveurs en bouche avec la coco, le gingembre ou encore la p\u00e2te de curry. Pour un repas v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien, ce crumble de lentilles corail vous apportera tout ce qu&rsquo;il faut. Servez-le avec une salade et vous aurez un repas totalement \u00e9quilibr\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur l&rsquo;aspect nutritionnel, les lentilles corail nous offrent de nombreux bienfaits. Tout d&rsquo;abord, c&rsquo;est un aliment \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique tr\u00e8s bas ce qui veut dire qu&rsquo;elles se dig\u00e8rent lentement et procurent de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie sur une plus longue dur\u00e9e par rapport aux p\u00e2tes blanches par exemple.
