Ce sont des petits biscuits sucr\u00e9s typiques de la Corse, croustillants avec des morceaux d&rsquo;amandes. Je vous propose une version revisit\u00e9e de ce classique avec ma recette de croquants \u00e0 la noisette et au chocolat. Bien entendu, cette version est saine, sans farine blanche ni sucres raffin\u00e9s. J&rsquo;ai choisi les noisettes car j&rsquo;ai une petite pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence par rapport aux amandes et j&rsquo;esp\u00e8re que cette recette de croquants \u00e0 la noisette vous s\u00e9duira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je vous conseille de conserver mon choix de farine dans cette recette. J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 essay\u00e9 avec un m\u00e9lange de farine d&rsquo;orge et de farine d&rsquo;\u00e9peautre semi-compl\u00e8te mais, visuellement, le r\u00e9sultat n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas satisfaisant. Les biscuits \u00e9taient bons mais trop friables. Je suis donc repartie sur un 100% farine d&rsquo;\u00e9peautre T110 ou T130. Les autres ingr\u00e9dients sont \u00e0 IG bas donc n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 vous laisser tenter par un ou deux biscuits avec le caf\u00e9 ou le th\u00e9. Tout est dans l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous regardez mes recettes sucr\u00e9es, vous verrez que la noisette y est tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sente.
