Par\u2026? L&rsquo;avocat. Oui, vous avez bien lu ! Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa texture, l&rsquo;avocat remplace parfaitement le beurre dans les recettes de cakes et g\u00e2teaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;avocat est un aliment \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique tr\u00e8s bas. En plus d&rsquo;\u00eatre un alli\u00e9 de taille pour ce type d&rsquo;alimentation, il est riche en acides gras mono insatur\u00e9s. Certes cela \u00e9l\u00e8ve l&rsquo;addition calorique de cet aliment mais les lipides insatur\u00e9s sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme du \u00ab\u00a0bon gras\u00a0\u00bb. Ces derniers permettraient de mieux contr\u00f4ler la glyc\u00e9mie chez les diab\u00e9tiques. Ajouter de l&rsquo;avocat dans vos recettes est donc une astuce pour abaisser l&rsquo;IG total de l&rsquo;assiette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans les recette sucr\u00e9es, on profite de la texture de l&rsquo;avocat mais pas de son go\u00fbt. Il est en effet ind\u00e9tectable dans ce cake citron et coco. Si vous voulez profiter de ses qualit\u00e9s en toute conscience, mangez-le plut\u00f4t en version sal\u00e9e. Je le mets souvent \u00e0 l&rsquo;honneur dans mes salades compos\u00e9es. Par exemple, vous en retrouverez dans ma <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/07\/salade-caesar-healthy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">salade Caesar<\/a> ou ma <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/02\/salade-de-patates-douces-roties-agrumes-feta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">salade de patates douces r\u00f4ties<\/a>.
