Je vous pr\u00e9sente les nuggets-frites healthy ! Attention, niveau de gourmandise tr\u00e8s tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9 ! Rien ne vaut une panure saine et faite maison. Et ce que j&rsquo;adore c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;on peut la d\u00e9cliner de 1001 fa\u00e7ons. Que ce soit avec des amandes, des noisettes, des flocons de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, du son d&rsquo;avoine, des \u00e9pices ou encore des graines de s\u00e9same, le r\u00e9sultat est toujours bluffant. Dans cette recette de nuggets-frites version healthy, j&rsquo;ai notamment utilis\u00e9 de la poudre de noisettes. Et pourtant, accompagn\u00e9e d&rsquo;une salade, votre assiette sera tout \u00e0 fait \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour obtenir des frites de patates douces bien croustillantes (et sans bain d&rsquo;huile \u00e9videmment), je les enrobe d&rsquo;un blanc d&rsquo;\u0153uf avec cuisson au four ! Une astuce bluffante vous verrez. Dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation IG bas, les patates douces sont une super alternative \u00e0 la pomme de terre. Elles ont un index glyc\u00e9mique plus bas et ont de multiples bienfaits. Pour n&rsquo;en citer que quelques-uns, c&rsquo;est une tubercule riche en fibres et en b\u00eata-carot\u00e8ne, le pr\u00e9curseur de la vitamine A. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
