J&rsquo;avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 lu dans certaines recettes de p\u00e2tisserie l&rsquo;utilisation des haricots blancs pour remplacer la farine. J&rsquo;ai donc tent\u00e9 ma version \u00e0 la noix de coco et au chocolat et je n&rsquo;ai pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9\u00e7ue. Je vous conseille vivement de tester cette recette de g\u00e2teau fondant aux haricots blancs. Une petite r\u00e9ticence ? Vous ne les sentirez m\u00eame pas. Ils serviront juste \u00e0 apporter un fondant incomparable. C&rsquo;est une recette rapide et facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer. Il suffit de tout mixer et d&rsquo;enfourner. Alors, vous allez vous lancer et go\u00fbter ce g\u00e2teau fondant aux haricots blancs ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans les recettes sucr\u00e9es, les haricots blancs permettent de remplacer la farine et donc d&rsquo;obtenir des g\u00e2teaux sans gluten et tr\u00e8s digestes. Mais ce n&rsquo;est pas tout. Les haricots blancs sont \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique plut\u00f4t bas donc ils se dig\u00e8rent lentement. Cette fois-ci, c&rsquo;est le beurre qui est remplac\u00e9 par l&rsquo;avocat.
