A la base, ils sont compos\u00e9s de pois chiches et ils sont frits dans l&rsquo;huile mais il existe d\u00e9sormais de multiples vari\u00e9t\u00e9s. Dans cette recette, je vous propose des falafels de chou-fleur. J&rsquo;ai opt\u00e9 pour une cuisson au four pour qu&rsquo;ils soient healthy. Et croyez-moi, ils sont d\u00e9licieux !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce bowl est riche en saveurs et met le chou-fleur au c\u0153ur de l&rsquo;assiette. Il est d\u00e9clin\u00e9 en falafels de chou-fleur et en semoule de chou-fleur, deux mani\u00e8res de les cuisiner parmi beaucoup d&rsquo;autres. Je vous avais dit que les possibilit\u00e9s \u00e9taient nombreuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le chou-fleur est un l\u00e9gume peu calorique et riche en antioxydants. Il est tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant de le mettre au menu car il pr\u00e9vient de certains cancers et de possibles maladies cardio-vasculaires gr\u00e2ce aux compos\u00e9s soufr\u00e9s qu&rsquo;il renferme. Pour bien le choisir, optez pour un chou-fleur avec des fleurettes blanches sans t\u00e2ches et bien serr\u00e9es. S&rsquo;il a encore ses feuilles, c&rsquo;est encore mieux car cela permet de le prot\u00e9ger et de mieux le conserver.
