Il a un go\u00fbt neutre et pour plus de saveurs, le secret est de le laisser mariner quelques heures afin qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;impr\u00e8gne au mieux des saveurs de la marinade. C&rsquo;est ce que j&rsquo;ai fait dans cette recette de tofu sauce cacahu\u00e8tes. Il a marin\u00e9 toute la nuit donc un m\u00e9lange de pur\u00e9e de cacahu\u00e8tes, cr\u00e8me de coco et gingembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous ne connaissez pas cet aliment ? Et pourtant, c&rsquo;est un inconditionnel de la cuisine asiatique depuis des mill\u00e9naires. Pour l&rsquo;obtenir, il faut tremper des f\u00e8ves de soja dans de l&rsquo;eau puis mixer le tout. La boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale obtenue est ensuite cuite avec un coagulant puis press\u00e9e pour donner une p\u00e2te appel\u00e9e tofu. Pour cette recette, j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 du tofu ferme, il en existe aussi du soyeux appel\u00e9 parfois tofu mou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le tofu est riche en prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales et offre donc une alternative de qualit\u00e9 aux prot\u00e9ines animales.
