Pourquoi ne pas faire des rochers \u00e0 l&rsquo;amande ? Pour cette recette anti-gaspillage, je me suis inspir\u00e9e des c\u00e9l\u00e8bres rochers \u00e0 la noix de coco. Pour la r\u00e9aliser, vous aurez besoin de blancs d&rsquo;\u0153ufs, de poudre d&rsquo;amandes et de sucre de bouleau (ou \u00e0 d\u00e9faut du sucre blanc mais ce n&rsquo;est pas \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En plus d&rsquo;\u00eatre gourmands, ces rochers \u00e0 l&rsquo;amande sont faciles et rapides \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. Vous pourrez vite les d\u00e9guster car ils cuisent en quelques minutes. Laissez-les refroidir quand m\u00eame pour ne pas vous br\u00fbler ! Cette fois encore, ma recette est facilement d\u00e9clinable. Si vous \u00eates plus noisette qu&rsquo;amande, remplacez la poudre d&rsquo;amandes par de la poudre de noisettes. Ou si vous voulez revenir \u00e0 la recette originale, mettez tout simplement de la noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e. Astuce gourmande : vous pouvez les enrober de chocolat ou juste les d\u00e9corer d&rsquo;un filet. Placez-les au frais pour que le chocolat se fige et r\u00e9galez-vous !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous cherchez d&rsquo;autres id\u00e9es pour utiliser des blancs d&rsquo;\u0153ufs, vous pouvez aussi r\u00e9alisez des <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/09\/nuggets-frites-version-healthy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">frites de patate douce<\/a>. Et oui, il n&rsquo;y a pas que dans des recettes sucr\u00e9es que vous pouvez les recycler.
