Pour varier les plaisirs, je vous propose une nouvelle recette de p\u00e2tes au saumon, \u00e0 base d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards et de pignons de pin. Cette recette est tr\u00e8s simple et peut vous d\u00e9panner un soir de semaine si vous \u00eates en manque d&rsquo;inspiration. En 30 minutes, le tour est jou\u00e9 !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme d&rsquo;habitude, j&rsquo;utilise des p\u00e2tes compl\u00e8tes. Sur le plan nutritionnel, elles sont vraiment meilleures. Les p\u00e2tes compl\u00e8tes sont compos\u00e9es du grain de bl\u00e9 entier (le germe, le son et la graine) alors que les p\u00e2tes blanches sont fabriqu\u00e9es \u00e0 base de la graine uniquement. Il faut savoir que les fibres, min\u00e9raux et vitamines se trouvent dans le germe et le son. En cons\u00e9quence, les p\u00e2tes compl\u00e8tes sont donc bien plus int\u00e9ressantes. Elles contiennent deux fois plus de fibres que les p\u00e2tes blanches. Et en plus, elles poss\u00e8dent un index glyc\u00e9mique inf\u00e9rieur et ont donc un effet de sati\u00e9t\u00e9 plus long. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous adorez le saumon et que vous souhaitez varier les
