En effet, ils doivent \u00eatre ni trop cuits, ni trop baveux. Dans cette recette d&rsquo;oeufs brouill\u00e9s au quinoa, la cuisson des \u0153ufs dure entre 30 \u00e0 45 secondes. A vous d&rsquo;\u00e9teindre le feu quand le r\u00e9sultat vous convient. Et derni\u00e8re petite pr\u00e9cision, choisissez des \u0153ufs extra-frais pour r\u00e9aliser ce plat, \u00e7a n&rsquo;en sera que meilleur !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;adore les \u0153ufs brouill\u00e9s car on peut les associer \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes garnitures. Ici, j&rsquo;ai choisi du quinoa et des shiitakes. Bien s\u00fbr, vous pouvez remplacer ces derniers par d&rsquo;autres champignons. Si vous \u00eates tomb\u00e9s sur cette recette car vous \u00eates fan de champignons, je vous conseille mon <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/07\/porridge-de-sarrasin-aux-champignons-noisettes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">porridge de sarrasin aux champignons et aux noisettes<\/a>, un d\u00e9lice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le quinoa est une \u00ab\u00a0pseudo-c\u00e9r\u00e9ale\u00a0\u00bb, comme le sarrasin par exemple. A l&rsquo;instar des gramin\u00e9es (bl\u00e9, \u00e9peautre, seigle\u2026), on d\u00e9guste ses graines mais ses feuilles sont aussi comestibles. Les feuilles peuvent \u00eatre consomm\u00e9es crues en salade comme les jeunes pousses ou cuites comme les \u00e9pinards si elles sont plus vieilles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe plusieurs vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de quinoa : rouge, noir et blanc. Dans cette recette d&rsquo;oeufs brouill\u00e9s au quinoa, j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 le trio. J&rsquo;aime beaucoup le m\u00e9lange mais aussi les couleurs dans l&rsquo;assiette quand les 3 vari\u00e9t\u00e9s sont pr\u00e9sentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
