C&rsquo;est une salade qui fait souvent l&rsquo;unanimit\u00e9 et qui se d\u00e9cline d\u00e9sormais sous 1001 fa\u00e7ons. A l&rsquo;origine, la salade Caesar se compose de laitue romaine, de cro\u00fbtons \u00e0 l&rsquo;ail, de copeaux de parmesan, d&rsquo;\u0153ufs durs ou mollets, d&rsquo;ail et de citron. L&rsquo;assaisonnement de cette salade est plut\u00f4t calorique alors je vous propose ici une salade Caesar healthy revisit\u00e9e. J&rsquo;y ai mis du poulet, de l&rsquo;avocat et des tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es. Pour les v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens, vous pouvez reproduire ma recette en rempla\u00e7ant le poulet par du tofu !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour cette salade Caesar healthy, j&rsquo;ai enrob\u00e9 le poulet d&rsquo;une panure saine plut\u00f4t que de chapelure. La panure est compos\u00e9e dans cette recette de flocons de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et de graines de s\u00e9same mais il existe de multiples mani\u00e8res de la r\u00e9aliser pour la rendre healthy. Par exemple, pour le <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/10\/crispy-chicken-burger-version-healthy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">poulet crispy de ma recette de burger<\/a>, j&rsquo;ai choisi d&rsquo;incorporer des amandes. Laissez parler votre imagination !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 pr\u00e9paration, cette salade est plut\u00f4t rapide \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. Ce qui vous prendra le plus de temps sera de paner le poulet mais, en 30 minutes tout compris, le tour est jou\u00e9.
