Ou alors vous souhaitez tout simplement vous r\u00e9galer au petit-d\u00e9jeuner ou lors d&rsquo;un go\u00fbter ? J&rsquo;ai la solution avec ces pancakes au citron et graines de pavot. Le citron apporte une touche d&rsquo;originalit\u00e9 et c&rsquo;est un d\u00e9lice \u00e0 la d\u00e9gustation. On peut aussi imaginer remplacer le citron par de l&rsquo;orange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 nutrition, le citron est un v\u00e9ritable alli\u00e9 dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e0 IG bas. En effet, sa pr\u00e9sence dans une pr\u00e9paration permet de r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;index glyc\u00e9mique global de la recette. Mais il n&rsquo;est pas le seul. La cannelle a les m\u00eames propri\u00e9t\u00e9s que le citron en tant qu&rsquo;astuce IG bas. Il vous suffira d&rsquo;en saupoudrer sur vos desserts ou collations pour mieux \u00e9quilibrer la glyc\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour rendre mes pancakes au citron plus moelleux, je s\u00e9pare les blancs des jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs. Je m\u00e9lange les jaunes avec le reste des ingr\u00e9dients puis je monte les blancs en neige. Je les incorpore ensuite \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration. Les pancakes sont alors plus a\u00e9riens et super l\u00e9gers. Bien s\u00fbr, vous pouvez le faire pour n&rsquo;importe quelle recette de pancakes.
