Elles sont color\u00e9es, jolies, originales et tr\u00e8s gourmandes, que demander de plus ? Je voulais faire une tarte \u00e0 base de patate douce mais plut\u00f4t que de d\u00e9poser des morceaux sur la p\u00e2te, j&rsquo;ai tent\u00e9 de l&rsquo;incorporer en pur\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;appareil avec les \u0153ufs et la cr\u00e8me de soja. Le r\u00e9sultat m&rsquo;a bluff\u00e9 et j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9gust\u00e9 une quiche originale et pleine de saveurs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je fais ma p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e maison. C&rsquo;est vraiment tr\u00e8s simple et rapide \u00e0 faire. Et rien de mieux que de conna\u00eetre sa composition exacte. Alors si vous avez quelques minutes devant vous, lancez-vous ! 20 minutes de repos suffisent pour cette p\u00e2te. Au del\u00e0 du go\u00fbt, qui est d\u00e9j\u00e0 une bonne raison de la faire maison, vous pourrez aussi contr\u00f4ler l&rsquo;IG de votre assiette. Dans cette recette, j&rsquo;utilise en partie de la farine d&rsquo;orge mond\u00e9, farine \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas. Et je remplace le beurre par de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La patate douce, c&rsquo;est une valeur s\u00fbre ! J&rsquo;adore la cuisiner sous diff\u00e9rentes formes.
