Avec cette recette de p\u00e2tes au houmous, voici une id\u00e9e pour en profiter d&rsquo;une autre mani\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pois chiche fait des merveilles en cuisine et peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s diversifi\u00e9e. Il peut se d\u00e9guster chaud ou froid et se mange sous diff\u00e9rentes formes : <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/03\/chou-fleur-roti-et-puree-de-pois-chiches\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pur\u00e9e<\/a>, falafels, entier, salade, houmous, soupe, biscuit, g\u00e2teau, panisse et la liste est non exhaustive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 nutrition, il a un index glyc\u00e9mique bas alors on en profite et on le met au c\u0153ur de l&rsquo;assiette. C&rsquo;est une l\u00e9gumineuse riche en prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales et en fibres.
