J&rsquo;adore le risotto mais ce n&rsquo;est pas un alli\u00e9 pour garder la ligne. Occasionnellement, aucun probl\u00e8me mais au quotidien, je vous propose cette recette de risotto de sarrasin aux poireaux pour vous faire plaisir. Ici, c&rsquo;est le sarrasin qui est \u00e0 l&rsquo;honneur mais il est possible de r\u00e9aliser ce type de recette avec de l&rsquo;\u00e9peautre ou encore du quinoa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le sarrasin m\u00e9lang\u00e9 au bacon et aux poireaux fondants ainsi que l&rsquo;onctuosit\u00e9 de la cr\u00e8me de coco donnent un r\u00e9sultat tr\u00e8s gourmand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un des points forts du sarrasin est qu&rsquo;il est d\u00e9pourvu de gluten.
