Vous \u00eates au bon endroit ! Ces mini cakes choco-tonka changent gr\u00e2ce au go\u00fbt particulier apport\u00e9 par les f\u00e8ves tonka. Si vous ne connaissez pas encore la f\u00e8ve tonka, contentez-vous pour cette recette de mettre deux f\u00e8ves \u00e0 la place de trois. Ce sera une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape pour d\u00e9couvrir son go\u00fbt subtil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 nutrition, ces mini-cakes choco-tonka ont tout bon. Pour le chocolat, je vous conseille de le choisir avec un minimum de 70% de cacao. Le chocolat noir contient moins de sucres mais en contrepartie, il contient plus de lipides et est donc plus \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique que d&rsquo;autres chocolats. Malgr\u00e9 tout, il est beaucoup plus int\u00e9ressant que le chocolat au lait ou le chocolat blanc sur le plan nutritionnel.
