Et pourquoi pas ajouter de la feta par dessus pour hausser le niveau de gourmandise ? Ce serait dommage de se priver quand m\u00eame !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme beaucoup d&rsquo;entre vous, j&rsquo;adore la patate douce. Et ce qui est g\u00e9nial, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;elle se cuisine sous diverses formes, en sal\u00e9 comme en sucr\u00e9 : pur\u00e9e, cake, <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/03\/burger-de-gaufres-de-patate-douce\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">gaufre<\/a>, curry et j&rsquo;en passe !  On pourrait en manger tous les jours&#8230; Alors je vous propose ici en gratin de patates douces avec des aubergines pour apporter de la l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9. Il est tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. En effet, il suffit de trancher les l\u00e9gumes, pr\u00e9cuire les patates douces, r\u00e9aliser la sauce et ensuite c&rsquo;est le four qui travaille ! Voil\u00e0 comment r\u00e9galer votre tabl\u00e9e facilement ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation IG bas, la patate douce est une alternative aux pommes de terre car elle a un IG plus bas. Cela s&rsquo;explique par le fait qu&rsquo;elle contient principalement de l&rsquo;amylose alors que la pomme de terre contient principalement de l&rsquo;amylopectine. Plus le taux d&rsquo;amylose est faible dans un aliment, plus la transformation en glucose sera facile et rapide. Ainsi, la pomme de terre sera rapidement transform\u00e9e en glucose et cela \u00e9l\u00e8vera la glyc\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n<div
