Et que l&rsquo;on soit team moelleux ou team croustillant, le beurre semble \u00eatre indispensable pour les r\u00e9ussir. Ces cookies healthy vous prouveront le contraire. Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9s et approuv\u00e9s par plusieurs personnes de mon entourage. Et je cite \u00ab\u00a0on ne dirait pas du tout que c&rsquo;est healthy, c&rsquo;est super gourmand\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette recette de cookies healthy s&rsquo;adresse plus particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 la team moelleux. Le fait de les laisser une nuit au frais et de les enfourner bien froids fait toute la diff\u00e9rence. Cela permet d&rsquo;obtenir cette texture incomparable. Bon, si vous \u00eates tr\u00e8s press\u00e9s de les d\u00e9vorer, laissez-les reposer 3 ou 4h au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur, mais pas moins car le r\u00e9sultat ne sera pas \u00e0 la hauteur de vos attentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 composition, j&rsquo;ai choisi des ingr\u00e9dients sains. L&rsquo;huile de coco et la pur\u00e9e de noisettes remplacent le beurre. C\u00f4t\u00e9 sucre, il est largement r\u00e9duit par rapport \u00e0 une recette classique.  De plus, j&rsquo;utilise du sucre de bouleau qui est un sucrant \u00e0 IG bas.
