La cannelle apporte une note \u00e9pic\u00e9e tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able. Ces mini-cakes sont sans lactose, pauvres en graisses et en sucres ajout\u00e9s et feront une collation id\u00e9ale dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette recette m&rsquo;a donn\u00e9 du fil \u00e0 retordre. Au d\u00e9but, j&rsquo;avais mis les pommes non cuites directement dans l&rsquo;appareil et le r\u00e9sultat n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas du tout satisfaisant. J&rsquo;ai fait plusieurs tentatives et au 4\u00e8me essai, avec des fruits cuits, j&rsquo;ai enfin obtenu un r\u00e9sultat concluant sous une forme de mini cakes aux pommes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai voulu conserver de beaux morceaux de pommes dans ma \u00ab\u00a0compote\u00a0\u00bb mais libre \u00e0 vous de choisir ce que vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez. Cela d\u00e9pendra aussi des pommes que vous utiliserez. La vari\u00e9t\u00e9 Canada grise fondra tr\u00e8s rapidement alors que la Golden se tiendra beaucoup plus lors de la cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 nutrition, en plus d&rsquo;ajouter une touche \u00e9pic\u00e9e, la cannelle est l&rsquo;alli\u00e9e de la glyc\u00e9mie. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses flavono\u00efdes, cette \u00e9pice limite les pulsions sucr\u00e9es ainsi que l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9vation de la glyc\u00e9mie.
