Avec le chocolat encore fondant, ces cookies healthy \u00e0 l&rsquo;amande sont des petites merveilles. 100% plaisir et 0% culpabilit\u00e9, le combo gagnant. Tous les ingr\u00e9dients en font une recette saine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;association de la pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;amandes et de l&rsquo;huile de coco remplace le beurre \u00e0 merveille. Je ne vous cache pas que l&rsquo;on est \u00e9tonn\u00e9 de manger quelque chose de l\u00e9ger en croquant dans ces cookies healthy \u00e0 l&rsquo;amande et au chocolat. Ce n&rsquo;est pas magique de se faire plaisir tout en gardant la ligne ? En plus, les cookies se d\u00e9clinent facilement et vous pouvez y ajouter les toppings de votre choix. Pourquoi pas quelques \u00e9clats d&rsquo;amandes pour apporter une touche de croquant ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai voulu faire des cookies de belle taille, comme on en trouve chez Levain Bakery \u00e0 New-York (pour le plaisir des yeux, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 aller <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/levainbakery\/?hl=fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">jeter un \u0153il<\/a>). Si vous souhaitez qu&rsquo;ils soient plus petits, vous pouvez r\u00e9aliser 9 cookies avec la p\u00e2te obtenue. Il faudra simplement ajuster la cuisson : 9 \u00e0 10 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0 suffiront.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez la noisette \u00e0 l&rsquo;amande, vous pouvez remplacer la poudre et la pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;amandes par de la poudre et de la pur\u00e9e de noisettes, ce sera tout aussi bon.
