Et pour plaire au plus grand nombre d&rsquo;entre vous, ces petits moelleux sont sans sucres raffin\u00e9s, sans lactose, sans mati\u00e8res grasses et \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un de mes abonn\u00e9s Instagram m&rsquo;a demand\u00e9 une recette de tarte tatin. Alors j&rsquo;ai voulu trouver une version qui sortait de l&rsquo;ordinaire. Pourquoi ne pas remplacer la traditionnelle p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e par une p\u00e2te \u00e0 g\u00e2teau ? Et c&rsquo;est ainsi que cette recette a vu le jour. Les pommes sont ultra-fondantes et le g\u00e2teau super moelleux : deux textures qui se marient \u00e0 merveille et qui donnent un go\u00fbt tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous avez des pommes \u00e0 utiliser, c&rsquo;est une belle occasion de les cuisiner. Et si elles sont vraiment trop ab\u00eem\u00e9es, r\u00e9duisez-les en compote. Ce sera l&rsquo;occasion de vous faire plaisir avec d&rsquo;autres gourmandises comme <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/02\/cakes-aux-pommes-caramelisees-noisettes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mes cakes aux pommes caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es<\/a>. La pomme peut vraiment s&rsquo;utiliser de multiples fa\u00e7ons en cuisine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Connaissez-vous le dicton \u00ab\u00a0an apple a day keeps the doctor away\u00a0\u00bb ? Une expression qui en dit long sur tous les bienfaits de ce fruit. Tout d&rsquo;abord, c&rsquo;est un fruit riche en eau qui nous permet de nous hydrater. La pomme contient de la vitamine D, des anti-oxydants, des fibres et elle a aussi des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s anti-inflammatoires.
