J&rsquo;avoue, je craque pour les petits bonhommes. Ils sont tellement mignons qu&rsquo;on h\u00e9siterait m\u00eame \u00e0 croquer dedans ! J&rsquo;avais r\u00e9alis\u00e9 cette recette au moment de No\u00ebl et je les avais donc d\u00e9cor\u00e9s pour l&rsquo;occasion. Si vous avez moins de temps devant vous, la d\u00e9co avec le gla\u00e7age n&rsquo;est pas indispensable. L&rsquo;essentiel est de pouvoir croquer dans ces d\u00e9licieux biscuits aux 4 \u00e9pices quelle que soit leur forme. Leurs saveurs d&rsquo;\u00e9pices et de miel sont un d\u00e9lice pour les papilles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9guster un biscuit \u00e0 la fin du repas pour finir sur une petite touche sucr\u00e9e est toujours un plaisir. Avec leur composition tr\u00e8s saine, ces biscuits healthy aux 4 \u00e9pices sont parfaits pour se r\u00e9galer tout en gardant la ligne. Mais sans en abuser bien s\u00fbr\u2026 Si vous souhaitez un IG encore plus bas, vous pouvez faire un mix de farines entre \u00e9peautre T110 et \u00e9peautre T150. Si vous aimez comme moi d\u00e9guster un petit g\u00e2teau ou un biscuit au moment du caf\u00e9 ou du th\u00e9, je peux vous proposer d&rsquo;autres id\u00e9es saines et gourmandes.
