Cette recette est une explosion de saveurs ! M\u00eame si la liste des ingr\u00e9dients est longue car il y a beaucoup d&rsquo;\u00e9pices, j&rsquo;ai essay\u00e9 de la r\u00e9duire au maximum. J&rsquo;ai ajout\u00e9 de la noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e pour la texture de la sauce. Avec les amandes effil\u00e9es, les noix de cajou et la coriandre fra\u00eeche, c&rsquo;est un d\u00e9lice ! C&rsquo;est un de mes incontournables avec le <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/02\/poulet-sauce-satay-aux-poivrons-et-brocolis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">poulet satay<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour que le poulet soit tendre, prenez de l&rsquo;avance et laissez-le mariner au moins 1 heure: le r\u00e9sultat n&rsquo;en sera que meilleur ! La pr\u00e9paration et la cuisson ensuite sont ensuite rapides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 nutrition, cette recette est vraiment int\u00e9ressante ! Entre les amandes, les noix de cajou, la noix de coco et les \u00e9pices (cardamome, coriandre, gingembre, piment), c&rsquo;est carton plein pour une assiette \u00e0 IG bas et riche en superaliments. la noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une poudre.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-603b75822dd03\" class=\"direction-step\">Faites suer l&rsquo;oignon, l&rsquo;ail et le amande, noix de cajou et coco.
