Pour la rendre plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re, j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 ma \u00ab\u00a0b\u00e9chamel\u00a0\u00bb pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 base de ricotta, pour remplacer le beurre, et de farine d&rsquo;orge. Et promis, c&rsquo;est tout aussi gourmand ! Avec une salade, cela fera un repas complet et parfaitement \u00e9quilibr\u00e9. C&rsquo;est le genre de plat que j&rsquo;adore car il est tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser et il fait toujours l&rsquo;unanimit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors d&rsquo;un voyage en Cr\u00eate, j&rsquo;ai appris qu&rsquo;il y avait des pommes de terre dans la recette originale de la moussaka. Le saviez-vous ? C&rsquo;est une recette int\u00e9ressante mais comme ces tubercules sont des aliments \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique haut, je m&rsquo;en passe volontiers ! La prochaine fois, j&rsquo;irai encore un peu plus loin dans la revisite de cette recette. Je tenterai une version v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne avec des prot\u00e9ines de soja textur\u00e9es pour remplacer la viande hach\u00e9e.
