Aujourd\u2019hui, je vous partage une recette de cake sal\u00e9 : un cake au quinoa, agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9pinards, de feta \u00e9miett\u00e9e, de tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es et de pignons de pin croquants. Une association m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne qui fonctionne \u00e0 merveille. Id\u00e9al pour un pique-nique ou un d\u00e9jeuner ou d\u00eener l\u00e9ger accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019une belle salade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais revenons \u00e0 l\u2019ingr\u00e9dient principal : le quinoa. On le prend souvent pour une c\u00e9r\u00e9ale, mais c\u2019est en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 une pseudo-c\u00e9r\u00e9ale, naturellement sans gluten. C\u00f4t\u00e9 nutrition, il a tout bon : il est riche en fibres, en min\u00e9raux comme le magn\u00e9sium, le fer et le mangan\u00e8se, et surtout en prot\u00e9ines de qualit\u00e9. Contrairement \u00e0 la plupart des v\u00e9g\u00e9taux, il contient tous les acides amin\u00e9s essentiels. C\u2019est donc une excellente source de prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales, id\u00e9ale pour les v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens ou ceux qui cherchent \u00e0 manger plus \u00e9quilibr\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cette recette, j\u2019utilise le quinoa cuit pour remplacer une partie de la farine. Cela permet non seulement de r\u00e9duire la charge glucidique, mais aussi d\u2019apporter une texture \u00e0 la fois moelleuse et croquante.
