C\u2019est simple, nourrissant et toujours satisfaisant. Apr\u00e8s <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2023\/04\/28\/salade-de-pates-printaniere\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"ma salade de p\u00e2tes printani\u00e8re aux asperges et \u00e0 la mozzarella\">ma salade de p\u00e2tes printani\u00e8re aux asperges et \u00e0 la mozzarella<\/a>, voici une nouvelle recette, tout aussi savoureuse, pens\u00e9e pour la saison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette fois, j\u2019ai choisi de marier f\u00e8ves, petits pois croquants, radis, halloumi grill\u00e9 et jambon cru. Le tout compose une assiette color\u00e9e, \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e et pleine de fra\u00eecheur. Pour lier les saveurs, une sauce onctueuse au skyr, relev\u00e9e d\u2019aneth, de basilic et d\u2019un peu de f\u00e8ves et petits pois mix\u00e9s. Une touche originale qui apporte du caract\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est un plat id\u00e9al pour un d\u00e9jeuner l\u00e9ger mais complet, que l\u2019on peut facilement emporter. Les p\u00e2tes compl\u00e8tes, les l\u00e9gumes et les l\u00e9gumineuses apportent des glucides complexes, parfaits pour une \u00e9nergie stable. Les prot\u00e9ines sont bien pr\u00e9sentes gr\u00e2ce au halloumi, au jambon cru, aux f\u00e8ves et au skyr. Enfin, une petite quantit\u00e9 d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et quelques amandes effil\u00e9es viennent compl\u00e9ter l\u2019ensemble avec de bons gras et une touche croquante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4
