Parfait pour une salade, un bowl ou \u00e0 picorer \u00e0 l\u2019ap\u00e9ritif. Cette recette convient pour environ 3 personnes en plat principal, ou 6 en bouch\u00e9es ap\u00e9ritives. J\u2019ai utilis\u00e9 du pain au levain grill\u00e9 puis mix\u00e9 pour faire une chapelure \u00e0 IG plus bas. Si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez une version pr\u00eate \u00e0 l\u2019emploi, choisissez une chapelure compl\u00e8te bio. Certaines marques en proposent, comme Jean Herv\u00e9, Markal ou Celnat (malheureusement, je n\u2019en trouve pas ici).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le tofu est une excellente prot\u00e9ine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale compl\u00e8te. Il contient les neuf acides amin\u00e9s essentiels. Il est aussi pauvre en graisses satur\u00e9es et naturellement sans cholest\u00e9rol. C\u2019est une tr\u00e8s bonne alternative \u00e0 la viande. Retournez-les r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour obtenir une cuisson uniforme.
