Entre les \u0153ufs brouill\u00e9s et la sauce sucr\u00e9e-sal\u00e9e avec une touche acidul\u00e9, ce plat est ultra r\u00e9confortant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 nutrition, ce plat a tout bon : les crevettes apportent des prot\u00e9ines maigres. Les \u0153ufs enrichissent le tout en acides amin\u00e9s essentiels. Et les l\u00e9gumes vari\u00e9s (brocoli, carotte et poivron) apportent fibres, vitamines et croquant. Le tout est rehauss\u00e9 par une poign\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9clats de cacahu\u00e8tes torr\u00e9fi\u00e9es pour une bonne dose de magn\u00e9sium et de bonnes graisses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je vous propose ici une version simplifi\u00e9e de la sauce pad tha\u00ef. Je trouve rarement du tamarin donc je le remplace par du jus de citron vert et du sucre de coco. Si vous en avez, vous pouvez remplacer le citron vert par 1 c \u00e0 s de p\u00e2te ou concentr\u00e9 de tamarin et r\u00e9duire un peu le sucre de coco. Salez, poivrez et laissez cuire 15 \u00e0 20 minutes en m\u00e9langeant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Laissez chauffer 1 \u00e0 2 minutes. Servez chaud avec les cacahu\u00e8tes concass\u00e9es, quelques feuilles de coriandre fra\u00eeche et les graines de s\u00e9same (facultatif).
