Le miso et l&rsquo;orange apportent une touche umami subtilement acidul\u00e9e. La coriandre et la menthe ajoutent des notes aromatiques. L\u2019avocat apporte de la douceur, tandis que les noix de cajou apportent du croquant. Une salade \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e, id\u00e9ale pour un repas sain et gourmand. Pour une version \u00e0 IG bas, utilisez des vermicelles de soja et non des vermicelles de riz. les vermicelles de soja sont plus riches en prot\u00e9ines et en fibres, ce qui ralentit l\u2019absorption des glucides et limite les pics de sucre dans le sang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le miso, qu&rsquo;est-ce que c&rsquo;est ?
