Ce plat se compose de l\u00e9gumes mijot\u00e9s avec des \u00e9pices et des \u0153ufs poch\u00e9s. Dans cette chakchouka d&rsquo;hiver, les poireaux, les brocolis et les pois chiches forment une base riche en fibres et en vitamines. C&rsquo;est id\u00e9al pour soutenir notre organisme durant l\u2019hiver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019aspect asiatique de cette recette vient notamment de l\u2019ajout de lait de coco, de gingembre, de citronnelle et de sauce soja.
