Pour relever le tout, j&rsquo;ai ajout\u00e9 des c\u00e2pres, de l&rsquo;aneth frais, des morceaux de citron confit et de l&rsquo;oignon rouge finement \u00e9minc\u00e9. L&rsquo;assaisonnement, \u00e0 base de yaourt grec ou de skyr, apporte une touche l\u00e9g\u00e8re et riche en prot\u00e9ines. C&rsquo;est id\u00e9al pour un plat \u00e0 la fois gourmand, \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 et rafra\u00eechissant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous le savez peut-\u00eatre, les pommes de terre sont souvent \u00e9cart\u00e9es des r\u00e9gimes \u00e0 IG bas. Pourtant, leur IG varie consid\u00e9rablement selon leur mode de cuisson et de consommation.
