Il est tr\u00e8s savoureux, original et se pr\u00eate parfaitement \u00e0 un ap\u00e9ro de f\u00eate ! Les cranberries ajoutent une notre sucr\u00e9e sal\u00e9e tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able mais vous pouvez faire sans si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est ici un houmous plut\u00f4t \u00e9pais avec une texture assez dense. Si vous souhaitez un houmous plus cr\u00e9meux et souple, il vous suffit d&rsquo;ajouter de la pur\u00e9e de s\u00e9same ou un m\u00e9lange de pur\u00e9e de s\u00e9same et d&rsquo;eau glac\u00e9e.
