Les carottes, la courge, et les pois chiches, agr\u00e9ment\u00e9s d&rsquo;une multitude d&rsquo;\u00e9pices, apportent une palette de saveurs automnales tout en vous faisant du bien. En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, ce tajine r\u00e9unit nutrition et gourmandise !
