Traditionnellement, il est fait \u00e0 base de beurre, de cassonnade, de vanille et d&rsquo;\u0153ufs. Dans cette version revisit\u00e9e, l&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dient principal de ce blondie amande et chocolat noir est la pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;amandes. Et c&rsquo;est ce qui fait la texture irr\u00e9sistible de ce d\u00e9licieux g\u00e2teau. Ce blondie est une plus version saine car il est nettement moins sucr\u00e9 que les recettes traditionnelles mais il reste tout de m\u00eame riche en calories. Attention toutefois, m\u00eame si ce sont de meilleures calories, mieux vaut en profiter avec mod\u00e9ration !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai d&rsquo;autres recettes de blondie tout aussi irr\u00e9sistibles sur mon site.
