La sauce yakitori est une sauce japonaise classique utilis\u00e9e principalement pour accompagner les brochettes de poulet grill\u00e9, appel\u00e9es \u00ab\u00a0yakitori\u00a0\u00bb. Savez-vous d&rsquo;ailleurs que le mot \u00ab\u00a0yakitori\u00a0\u00bb signifie litt\u00e9ralement \u00ab\u00a0poulet grill\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb (\u00ab\u00a0yaki\u00a0\u00bb = grill\u00e9, \u00ab\u00a0tori\u00a0\u00bb = poulet) ? Bien s\u00fbr, cette sauce peut \u00eatre \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9e pour d&rsquo;autres viandes ou pour des l\u00e9gumes grill\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Traditionnellement la sauce yakitori est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de sauce soja, de mirin, de sak\u00e9 et de sucre. Je vous ai concoct\u00e9 ici une version avec des ingr\u00e9dients courants et \u00e0 IG raisonnable (sauce soja, vinaigre de cidre et miel d&rsquo;acacia). J&rsquo;ajoute beaucoup moins de sucre que dans la version traditionnelle. C&rsquo;est toujours aussi bon mais bien meilleur pour notre sant\u00e9 !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour un bowl complet et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9, j&rsquo;ai accompagn\u00e9 ce poulet yakitori de chou rouge marin\u00e9, riz basmati, concombre et avocat.
