En combinant de la farine compl\u00e8te et de la farine de sarrasin, vous obtiendrez des gaufres \u00e0 la texture plus dense que les versions classiques. Mais ne vous inqui\u00e9tez pas, ces gaufres au sarrasin n&rsquo;en sont pas moins savoureuses. Cette densit\u00e9 est le r\u00e9sultat de l&rsquo;utilisation du sarrasin, une farine naturellement sans gluten qui apporte une richesse nutritive unique. En plus d&rsquo;\u00eatre riche en prot\u00e9ines de haute qualit\u00e9, incluant la lysine, un acide amin\u00e9 essentiel souvent absent des autres c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, elle est aussi une excellente source de fibres.
