Pour obtenir de belles lasagnes bien hautes, je vous conseille de les r\u00e9aliser dans un plat \u00e0 gratin pas trop grand mais assez haut. RECETTE<\/h3><ul class=\"directions-list\"><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-66b6870898842\" class=\"direction-step\">Epluchez et coupez l&rsquo;oignon rouge en lamelles. Epluchez et hachez les gousses d&rsquo;ail. Faites les revenir dans une sauteuse avec 1 c \u00e0 s d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive pendant 3 minutes. Ajoutez la viande hach\u00e9e, 1 c \u00e0 c de paprika et 2 c \u00e0 c d&rsquo;origan. Salez, poivrez et laissez cuire 7 minutes tout en remuant de temps en temps. Ajoutez ensuite la pulpe de tomates, le coulis de tomates, le sucre de coco et les feuilles de laurier. Laissez mijoter 20  minutes \u00e0 feu doux (10 minutes avec un couvercle puis 10 minutes sans couvercle).<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-66b6870898841\" class=\"direction-step\">Pendant ce temps, lavez et coupez les aubergines en tranches d&rsquo;environ 3mm (je me suis aid\u00e9e d&rsquo;une mandoline) puis disposez les sur des plaques allant au four recouvertes de papier sulfuris\u00e9 sans qu&rsquo;elles ne se chevauchent. Badigeonnez les avec l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent d&rsquo;1 c \u00e0 s d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive (\u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un pinceau). Salez, poivrez et enfournez 10 minutes \u00e0 200\u00b0.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-66b6870898843\" class=\"direction-step\">Pr\u00e9parez la b\u00e9chamel : dans une casserole \u00e0 fond \u00e9pais, faites fondre le beurre. Ajoutez le farine d&rsquo;orge mond\u00e9 puis m\u00e9langez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te. Ajoutez peu \u00e0 peu la boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale tout en remuant (\u00e0 feu doux). Ajoutez le liquide \u00e0 chaque fois que la pr\u00e9paration commence \u00e0 \u00e9paissir et m\u00e9langez bien pour \u00e9viter d&rsquo;avoir des grumeaux. En fin de cuisson, salez, poivrez et ajoutez la noix de muscade.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-66b6870898844\" class=\"direction-step\">Montez les lasagnes : commencez par une fine couche de b\u00e9chamel puis ajoutez des feuilles de lasagnes. R\u00e9alisez une couche d&rsquo;aubergines puis ajoutez une couche de viande. Emiettez un peu de feta par dessus puis versez de la b\u00e9chamel.
