A base d&rsquo;olives Kalamata, de tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es et de feta, ces boulettes de poulet \u00e0 la grecque sont riches en saveurs et tr\u00e8s gourmandes. C\u00f4t\u00e9 pr\u00e9paration, rien de plus simple ! Il suffit de mixer les ingr\u00e9dients puis de former des boulettes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je vous mets ci-dessous la recette des boulettes de poulet \u00e0 la grecque. Pour l&rsquo;accompagnement, j&rsquo;ai fait revenir des poivrons coup\u00e9s en lamelles pendant une vingtaine de minutes dans une sauteuse avec un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et de l&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9. Puis j&rsquo;ai ajout\u00e9 des p\u00e2tes compl\u00e8tes. J&rsquo;ai servi l&rsquo;ensemble avec des tomates cerise coup\u00e9es en 2, un peu de feta \u00e9miett\u00e9e, des olives Kalamata et quelques feuilles de basilic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous aimez les boulettes de poulet ?
