Je les d\u00e9guste en tant qu&rsquo;accompagnement ou je r\u00e9alise de nombreuses recettes avec. C&rsquo;est par exemple le cas de ces <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/07\/07\/pates-aux-legumes-grilles-et-burrata\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"p\u00e2tes aux poivrons et tomates grill\u00e9s et burrata\">p\u00e2tes aux poivrons et tomates grill\u00e9s et burrata<\/a>. Cette fois-ci, je vous propose une tarte aux l\u00e9gumes grill\u00e9s et \u00e0 la ricotta. Pour l&rsquo;assaisonnement, j&rsquo;ai choisi de mettre du sumac, de la menthe et du basilic. Mais \u00e7a fonctionne aussi avec ce dont vous avez envie et ce que vous avez sous la main (par exemple paprika, piment et basilic).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comment r\u00e9aliser cette tarte aux l\u00e9gumes ? Je fais toujours ma p\u00e2te \u00e0 tarte maison : c&rsquo;est simple, rapide et c&rsquo;est tellement meilleur qu&rsquo;une p\u00e2te toute faite. Ensuite, je fais r\u00f4tir les l\u00e9gumes au four pour leur donner un maximum de go\u00fbt et pour qu&rsquo;ils perdent de l&rsquo;eau. Cela permet d&rsquo;avoir une tarte qui ne soient pas d\u00e9tremp\u00e9e. Enfin, rien de plus simple, je fais un appareil \u00e0 base d&rsquo;\u0153ufs, de cr\u00e8me de soja et de boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale, j&rsquo;ajoute les herbes, les \u00e9pices puis la ricotta et j&rsquo;enfourne ! Dans un bol, m\u00e9langez 3 c \u00e0 s d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive avec 1,5 c \u00e0 s de miel d&rsquo;acacia, 2 c \u00e0 c de sumac (ou autre \u00e9pice) et les gousses d&rsquo;ail \u00e9pluch\u00e9es et hach\u00e9es. Badigeonnez les l\u00e9gumes avec ce m\u00e9lange puis enfournez 20 minutes \u00e0 200\u00b0. M\u00e9langez les l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 mi-cuisson. <\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-66995c39b0c60\" class=\"direction-step\">Une fois le temps de repos de la p\u00e2te \u00e9coul\u00e9, abaissez la sur du papier sulfuris\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie. Placez la dans un moule \u00e0 tarte d\u2019environ 24cm de diam\u00e8tre.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-66995c39b0c61\" class=\"direction-step\">Battez 3 \u0153ufs avec la cr\u00e8me de soja et la boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale de soja. Ajoutez la menthe et le basilic cisel\u00e9s. Salez, poivrez et m\u00e9langez.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-17213318745464111\" class=\"direction-step\">Disposez la moiti\u00e9 des l\u00e9gumes r\u00f4tis sur la p\u00e2te \u00e0 tarte. Versez l&rsquo;appareil \u00e0 base d&rsquo;\u0153ufs. Disposez les l\u00e9gumes restants ainsi que la ricotta par dessus.
