Ces panna cotta \u00e0 la mangue, noix de coco et citron vert sont parfaites pour une touche gourmande sans lactose et sans sucre ajout\u00e9. La douceur du lait de coco s\u2019allie \u00e0 l\u2019onctuosit\u00e9 de la mangue, relev\u00e9e par le c\u00f4t\u00e9 acidul\u00e9 du citron vert. Et pour plus de fra\u00eecheur, une touche de menthe vient sublimer la garniture. Un dessert simple \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, mais qui fait toujours son effet !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 nutrition, la mangue a un IG mod\u00e9r\u00e9 mais elle est riche en vitamines C et A. Elle poss\u00e8de aussi des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s antioxydantes et contribue au bon fonctionnement du syst\u00e8me immunitaire.
