Il est id\u00e9al pour se faire un bon repas quand on n&rsquo;a pas forc\u00e9ment beaucoup de temps devant soi. Pour accompagner cette recette, j&rsquo;ai fait un m\u00e9lange de spaghettis de bl\u00e9 complet et de spaghettis de courgettes. Pour les spaghettis de courgettes, lavez les courgettes puis coupez les en spaghettis avec un spiralizer (ou en tagliatelles avec un \u00e9conome). Faites les revenir 5 \u00e0 8 minutes dans une po\u00eale avec un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.
