Mais du \u00ab\u00a0caramel\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 IG bas, c&rsquo;est possible ? La r\u00e9ponse est oui et rien de plus simple ! Il suffit de m\u00e9langer du sucre de coco avec de la cr\u00e8me de soja puis de laisser chauffer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Apr\u00e8s refroidissement, le caramel est pr\u00eat \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9.
